About
Diablo III is Blizzard's classic action RPG. New content updates ended after 2023, but regular seasons continue. Each season is built around a highlight that grants a specific class set of armor.
Season Structure
Seasons run on a roughly three-month cycle, and season characters transfer to the standard realm after the season ends. Completing the Season Journey grants cosmetic rewards such as portrait frames, wings, and pets, and each season offers a free highlight class set.
How to Check Schedules
This has the strongest weekday rule in our catalog: 37 of 39 seasons — 94.9% — opened on a Saturday. Pair that with the 112-day median and you can narrow the candidate window considerably. Notably, its coefficient of variation stays low at 0.254 even across a thick sample of 38 intervals; holding that regularity over so many years is hard to attribute to chance, and it means the seasonal rhythm held steady even after new-content development wrapped. Practically: finishing the highlight class set in the opening week changes your farming efficiency for the rest of the season.
Season History
Released in 2012, Diablo III opened its first season in 2014 and has since run 39 seasons by our count — a genuine veteran. The median season lands near 112 days, and the most recent completed run, Season 38 Ethereal Memory, lasted 91 days. New content development has stopped, yet the proven loop of handing out a free class set each season carries on unshaken.
Who It's For
If you would rather focus purely on farming and builds without the weight of trading or a player economy, Diablo III is an easy fit. It suits players who want a light, fast-turning season cycle, or who simply want to revisit that familiar, classic Diablo combat.
