About ARPG Seasons

A season schedule tracker for hack-and-slash action RPGs

What is this service?

ARPG Seasons is a schedule tracker that lets you see the season, league, and ladder timelines of Action RPG games at a glance. It is designed so that you can grasp every schedule on a single page, without the hassle of visiting each game's official channels whenever a new season begins.

Games We Cover

The list of games grows continuously based on demand. To request a new game, please use the Contact page.

Data Sources and How We Update

Season schedule data is collected and managed in the following ways.

  • Automatic RSS collection — for games that publish a public RSS feed, such as Path of Exile 2, an automated job checks for new notices on a recurring schedule. The interval is adjusted operationally and is not guaranteed.
  • Manual entry — for games without RSS (such as Diablo IV), the operator checks official announcements and enters the schedule manually.
  • Unconfirmed entries withheld — rather than publishing them behind a badge, entries we cannot confirm against an official notice are kept off the site entirely. They appear once an announcement verifies them.

Editorial and Verification Policy

A single wrong date in a season, league, or ladder schedule can throw off a player's plans. Using an automated pipeline that collects publishers' official announcements together with human review, we cross-check where schedules can slip and collect, verify, and update information according to the following principles.

  • Source priority — each studio's official announcements, official patch notes, and official website notices are our primary basis. Community reports are used only as leads and are always re-checked against official channels.
  • Cross-checking — where possible, a schedule is confirmed only after being corroborated by two or more official sources (for example, an announcement plus in-game notice).
  • Handling the unconfirmed — schedules we cannot verify are not asserted as fact, and rather than shipping them behind a badge we withhold them from the site until an announcement confirms them. Twelve of the 247 rows we hold are in that state right now, nine of them retired by us after we found loading errors of our own.
  • Regular re-review — ongoing and imminent seasons are re-checked periodically, and confirmed changes are reflected with an updated review date.
  • Corrections — when an error is confirmed, we fix it promptly and never leave incorrect information in place.

How Countdowns and Time Zones Are Calculated

The live countdown on each season card is calculated with the following rules.

  • Reference time — the countdown shows the time remaining based on the start and end times officially announced by the studio.
  • Time zone handling — the original time is stored in UTC and then converted to a fixed basis determined by the interface language (KST on Korean pages, UTC on English pages), with a badge next to each date showing which one applies. The remaining time is calculated from your device's current clock, so it points to the same instant regardless of the user's region.
  • Undecided times — when a studio announces only a date without an exact time, the remaining time is handled conservatively and updated once the exact time is published.

If a schedule or countdown differs from reality, please let us know. We re-check every report against official sources before applying it. Send error reports to contact@arpgseasons.com.

About the Editorial Team

The ARPG Seasons Editorial Team continuously tracks the season, league, and ladder schedules of major action RPGs such as Diablo, Path of Exile, and Last Epoch, and verifies and organizes that information according to the editorial policy above. The team combines an automated pipeline that collects publishers' official announcements, patch notes, and RSS feeds with human review to cross-check how the names and rules behind 'season,' 'league,' 'ladder,' and 'cycle' differ from game to game against official sources, and it brings those findings into the guides and glossary. It has no partnership or sponsorship with any studio, and the site's reading material is written and reviewed under this team's name.

Operator
